I – INGREDIENTS
1 – Pie crust
Graham crackers 100g
Unsalted butter 50g
Lime slices for decoration
2 – Filling
egg yolk 4 pieces
Sweetened condensed milk 380g
Lime juice 120 cc (about 6 pieces)
3 – Meringue
Egg white 3 pieces
salt 1 knob
sugar 2 tablespoons
II – DIRECTIONS
Make pie crust. Crush graham crackers in a food processor and mix with melted unsalted butter.
Spread (1) in a pie mold evenly and bake in an oven at 170°C for 12 minutes to heat roughly.
Put egg yolk and condensed milk in a bowl and mix, and also lime juice.
Pour (3) into the mold of (2) and bake in an oven at 170°C for 25 minutes to remove rough heat.
Put egg whites in a bowl, add salt and sugar and whisk firmly to make meringue. Apply plenty on the pie of (4) and bake in an oven at 170℃ for 5 minutes.
When the rough heat is removed, cool it in the refrigerator and decorate it with sliced lime.
